Wednesday, December 12:
Deadline for payment from waitlisted people to hold their spot ($250 domestic/$100 international)

Wednesday, January 16:
Deadline for waitlisted people to book flights

Wednesday, March 13:
Early Bird application deadline for all applicants
($250 domestic/$100 international)

Monday, April 8:
Payment due for Early Bird deadline and flights booked

Wednesday, May 8:
Final deadline for all applicants ($500 domestic / $200 international)

Up until May 1:
Cancellation receives 100% refund

May 2 – May 22:
Cancellation receives 50% refund

After May 23:
No refunds given
